When it comes to fitness and developing a healthy lifestyle, we often want to dive in headfirst as soon as we feel the motivation.  This eagerness is admirable!  But, like anything worth doing, starting out on a new exercise program (whether you’re doing it for the first time or a returning veteran) benefits from some planning.  Hopefully you’ll be able to find a little direction here:
